- Synopsis - For fans of the first person shooting genre, or for parents who have kids that are fans of first person shooters, who want a shooter that isn't all blood and guts. G.I. Joey is a rail shooter that is a fun, relaxing, escape in the classic form of a shooter, but unlike Call of Duty, this game offers the relatable experience of being a kid.
- Challenges - This was a small team with a lot on it's plate. It had the potential to become a very overwhelming project and could have ended up with a lot of half done or completely undone pieces. By having everyone find a 'specialty' on the team, and focus on their core aspect (animation/modeling/programming/etc.). The task seemed less daunting and the game was able to be finished.
- Outcome - By allowing team members to focus on on aspect of the game, it put more accountability on them to finish on time, and it game them ownership in their product. By 'giving' that piece of the game to them, they had a greater emotional buy-in to the game. That has lead the team to remain close even after finishing the final product.
